Apart from growing and crushing the grapes ourselves, our process is no different from any other winery. What we do is buy the crushed grapes (called "must") from quality vineyards around the globe. This includes but is not limited to California, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Argentinia, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. One batch of wine is about 29 bottles, the entire process taking 5-7 weeks.

If you choose to start your own batch, we will take you through the necessary steps to have your own fully customized wine.

Day 1: You will start the the process by adding yeast to the grape "must", allowing them to eat the sugars residing in the must turning them into alcohol. Thus starting the fermentation process for your wine.

Day 28: Our winemaker Justin will then Stabilize, Clarify, and filter your wine.

We will then contact you and set up an appointment for you to come back to the winery and finish the process.

Day 50: That Magical Day is here at last! You get to bottle, cork, label, top foil your wine and take your personalized wine home!
